Safety and Security

The reservations must be booked for personal travel by the person who's going to stay.
No more than 4 guests or change guest in and out during the stays
If you take or lose something belong to the house. It will be an additional charge.
If you want to washing/changing sheets & towels during the stay, it’s your responsibility for additional costs.
In keeping with Thai Etiquette we ask that you not wear shoes in the house.
Please turn off A/C when you are leaving.
Please observe your quiet times in the early morning and later evening just as my would do at home.

Free cancellation until 7 days before check-in After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night.
